Are you passionate about providing top-notch care for companion pets and exotics? So are we At Sunshine Animal Hospital we have been serving Springfield Missouri and the surrounding areas for more than 30 years.
Our hospital offers a wide range of services including surgery, ultrasound, digital radiographs, a complete Abaxis laboratory, and therapy laser.
We are state licensed for wildlife rehabilitation and have a supportive staff to work with multiple veterinarians. Our owner, Dr.Kathryn Mainka, values collaboration, teaching, and continuous learning, making Sunshine Animal Hospital a great place to grow your veterinary career.
Daily Responsibilities
See and treat patients in scheduled appointments, routine surgeries, EMR notation, prescription approvals, client communication, care for and treat hospitalized patients, and collaborate with associates.
Experience in small animal care and preventive care
Proficiency in digital radiography and dental prophylaxis
Ability to perform anesthesia and emergency care
