    **Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist in Sports Medicine**

    **Job Description:**

    - 100% Outpatient Setting
    - Shift: Days (10:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
    - Start Date: 4/6/2026

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    - Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems
    - Utilize physical and mechanical means to restore function impaired by injury or disease
    - Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans
    - Collaborate with patients, their families, and an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery
    - Administer all physical therapy modalities with expertise

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    - Education: Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
    - Certifications: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure & BLS certification

    **Skills:**

    - Strong accountability and decision-making skills
    - Excellent assessment/evaluation and time management abilities
    - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    - Strong organizational skills

    **Experience:**

    - None required – New graduates are welcome to apply

    **Supervision:**

    - Responsible to: Director/Manager of Sports Medicine

    **Work Environment:**

    - Clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment
    - Potential exposure to communicable diseases and challenging situations
    - Subject to professional relationship stress

    **Physical Requirements:**

    - Good physical condition is essential
    - Prolonged standing and walking required
    - Able to lift, position, and transfer patients and manipulate equipment
    - Capable of lifting supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs
