WANTED:AnOn-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization. This position requires someone with a Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible). This position is in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.
As anOn-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization,you will:

A week in the life of anOn-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization:
+ Lead a team transitioning into a matrix organization.
+ Team provides program protection products to defend our S&T developmental efforts.
+ Balance tasks between 5 task managers, as many as 20 product leads including our prime staff and 2 subcontractors
+ Accept and prioritize tasking from 7 Government customers and our operations lead.
+ Manage resource allocation, delivery dates and product quality.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related subject
+ PMP Certification is strongly desired.
+ 15 Years of professional experience in Project/Program management experience is a must have. (A background in a technology area, Intelligence and/or law enforcement is a nice to have.)
+ Experience with MS Project
+ Experience with a matrix organization.
+ Top Secret Clearance with SCI-Eligibility

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
