- Innovating sourcing strategies to attract top talent, researching and recommending state-of-the art recruiting software tailored to AAA Washington's needs.
- Championing initiatives to enhance AAA Washington's employer brand, leveraging market research and industry best practices to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaboratively drive the ongoing enhancement and widespread deployment of our comprehensive Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Toolkits throughout AAA Washington.
- Proactively identifying and addressing opportunities to enhance various stages of the AAA Washington employee lifecycle, leveraging insights to drive impactful organizational improvements.

In this role, you will have the unique and exciting opportunity to strategically develop and lead talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and processes.
As a critical Talent Acquisition team member, you will provide essential support to significantly enhance the employee lifecycle.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years' experience and leadership in managing talent acquisition and 5+ years' experience in leadership.
