Job summary
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for upholding the physical integrity of the community by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors,and staff. This role plays a key part in preserving property value and enhancing resident satisfaction.
This role also involves training and mentoring maintenance personnel to provide strong operational support and ensure consistent,
high-quality service delivery.
