- Provide technical subject matter expertise to support the federal client in the review assessment and evaluation of funding opportunity submissions including white papers full proposals and supporting materials
- Conduct objective evidence-based technical reviews to assess technical merit feasibility risk scalability and alignment with research priorities related to metrology and testing
