Job Description

• Will play a key role in leading technical initiatives, providing guidance to the engineering team, and driving the overall technical strategy of the organization.
• This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Lead technical initiatives and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Design and develop high quality software solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and maintainability.
• Drive the overall technical architecture and strategy, making informed decisions to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and prioritize requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and promote best practices for software development.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending their adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Deep understanding of how to create member personas and apply user centered design principles.
• Plan and execute research for discovery as well as validation phases of conceptualization through usability testing.
• Ability to articulate a design strategy or approach that will impact the user experience across products or platforms and support ideas with sound reasoning and/or data.
• Research and recommend next gen network technology, products & services.
• Develop standard, procedures and other reference documentation to guide the various technology stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
• Understand business strategy and design technical solutions to facilitate/aid execution of business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

7 years of related experience.

• Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full stack development.
• Strong expertise in at least one major programming language (e.

g., Java, Python, C++) and related frameworks.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems, with a deep understanding of software architecture principles.
• Strong problem

solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to deliver high quality software in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.

g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree

-7+ years of experience.

-2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
