    JOB SUMMARY:

    The role of a Production Intelligence Analyst involves taking on an independent position in analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions to tackle intricate business challenges. Working in collaboration with stakeholders from different departments, this role leads efforts to gather requirements, develop detailed system specifications, and maintain close collaboration with development teams for precise implementation. Additionally, it plays a pivotal role in system testing, ensuring quality assurance, and providing user training. The experience and expertise in this position contribute to the generation of innovative insights and solutions, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.

    * Analyze gathered requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive technical specifications and documentation.

    * Design and model system components, including data structures, process flows, and user interfaces, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

    * Work closely with software developers and engineers to provide guidance during the development process. Clarify requirements, address questions, and ensure the final product meets specifications.

    * Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and identify any defects.

    * Assist end-users in understanding system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.

    * Monitor system performance, identify issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement fixes and updates.

    * Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process documentation.

    * Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.

    * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project outcomes.

    * Investigate and resolve system-related problems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.

    * Stay informed about technology trends and best practices. Suggest enhancements to existing systems to optimize performance and user experience.

    Salary

    $60,000 to $100,000 annually.
