    Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

    Job Summary:
    Perform a variety of cleaning and building services in public and work space areas including executive and command areas and provide service through special requests by customer


    Essential Functions:

    Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specificationsWork full shift as scheduledRespond to customer requests for help as assigned by project managerReceive supplies, chemicals, and equipment from shipping activityOrganize supplies and equipment as requiredDrive company vehicles during performance of duties as requiredDeliver materials, documents, personnel, or miscellaneous items around siteCollect, wash, and organize mops and rags by color coding after laundry operationsOperate washer and dryerDistribute clean mops and rags to team for servicesClean vehicles/vans inside and out as requiredAssist Chimes Operational Personnel with installing signs/posters & doing minor repairAssist Project Manager with equipment repairs, maintenance tasks, or mechanical issues Perform custodian's and floor tech's functions when neededClean all restroom fixtures and surfacesKeep restrooms supplied with paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, seat-cover liners ,and other required itemsPull trashPolice, sweep, and wet mop restroom floorsEscort subcontractorsand track work and performance when necessaryOversee equipment tracking program to ensure personnel keep up with maintenance/cleaning on a consistent basisCommunicate effectively with staff and co-workersMaintain good communication with customers and respond to their needsObserve all post security procedures and ensure other staff members also complyComply with rules for the site, security and safety guidelines and Chimes District of Columbia, Inc.

    Rules for the Workplace and OSHA/TOSHA regulationsAttend meetings with government, facility, and customer representatives when requiredAttend work regularly according to assigned work schedule and participate in in-service training, staff meetings, and other activities to facilitate professional developmentFollow instructions and abide by policies and procedures

    Clean and maintain equipmentPerform inventory on supplies and equipmentKeep records and provide requested reportsPerform other related duties for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the site.
