Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft, develop, and maintain scalable cross platform applications.

Develop high-quality, maintainable code in React for the front-end and for the back end.

Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, using technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc.

Address intricate technical challenges and adeptly resolve issues that emerge throughout the stages of development and production.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and standard methodologies.

Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies and incorporate them into our development process where applicable.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on React and , and a minimum of 8 years of working experience.

Previous leadership experience is required.

Solid understanding of cloud-native development principles and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and related libraries (e.g., Redux).

Experience with RESTful API design and integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is a plus.

Compensation Range:
The base salary for this position is $125,000 to $180,000.
