- Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Engineer on projects, drawings, materials, and engineering needs; propose cost-effective solutions
- Create drawings for all products and purchased items when required
- Generate cutting bills and CNC programming for necessary parts
- Produce work orders, stock requisitions for purchasing, and bill of materials for the ERP system
- Work closely with the shop to oversee product manufacturing
- Update all drawings related to product development, construction, and installation as necessary
- Handle Engineering Change Orders (ECO) from the shop; address issues effectively and update the system accordingly
- Execute other tasks as assigned by management
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in store fixtures & displays, millwork, or woodworking
- At least two (2) years of experience with Autodesk Inventor/SolidWorks
- Preferably, experience with CNC programming
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
