    Job Title: HSE Specialist

    Are you an experienced health, safety and environment (HSE) professional looking for a challenging role in the industrials sector?

    Servicestream is seeking a skilled HSE specialist to lead our service stream Industrials team based in the NSW Central West region. This exciting opportunity will see you playing a key role in driving excellence across our Service Stream Industrials projects.

    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working within heavy industry infrastructure maintenance construction civil works or mining industries holding relevant qualification In WHS OHS environment engineering operational risk science based degrees preferred. Incident Investigation Qualified Lead Auditor certification Return to Work training valid current Australian Full Drivers Licence are advantageous qualifications

    This position involves collaborating with project teams clients and key stakeholders facilitating management of HSE related risks implementing effective controls conducting site visits leading field leadership activities supporting risk management processes including HSEA compliance hazard identification corrective action implementation driving continuous improvement through audits inspections HMPS coaching workers regarding their HRM obligations
