    ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Agent to work on a temporary assignment with Motor Vehicle Department - Partner Management Unit

    • Pay rate: $16.00 per hour with weekly pay.
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
    • Location: 1100 S. St Francis Dr; Santa Fe

    Job Duties:

    • Provide high-level customer service and promptly resolve any customer issue/inquiry in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
    • Keep track of daily emails received for returned credentials, send out returned credentials, file returned credentials, and destroy as necessary.
    • Ensure all Medical and Vision reports are received and processed to update customer records timely.
    • Receive, process, and scan all medical and vision reports to customer records timely and efficiently.
    • Receive, process and track all medical denials and Letter of Concerns added to customer records.
    • Cover the front desk weekly assisting customers with driver transactions and directing other customers accordingly.
    • Processing citation payments, amended abstracts and entering D39 unsatisfied judgments to customers records
    • AAMVA inquires / Merging Non-Driver records to the customers legal record in Tapestry
    • Process DAPTIV inquires (driver related)
    • Processing Military licenses, ID's and hospice ID's in a timely manner
    • Process placard applications, printing placards and mailing out the placards.
    • Completing missing and mismatched payment suspense work queues daily
    • Process court and child support clearances/compliance; ensuring customer records are updated accurately and timely.
    • Processing drivers and vehicle records requests to include subpoenas and Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) requests, receive, track and process driver Confidential Record Releases, ourt and law enforcement requests within 7-10 business days and process subpoena and IPRA requests within 72 hours of receiving them
    • Receive, track and process driver Confidential Record Releases, court and law enforcement requests within 7-10 business days.
    • Retrieve, sort and distribute mail daily to appropriate units for processing
    • Sort, scan and create batches for payments, citations, clearances, and suspensions in OPEX daily. Complete 1st,and MICR verification in Deposit 21.
    • Monitor and complete items in assigned work queues daily, in which are assigned to you.
    • Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display terminal (VDT) and extensive computer and telephone usage with extended periods of sitting. Some standing, bending nd reaching maybe required. Must be able to lift 25lbs. High pressure/stress situations. Some travel maybe required.

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven Administrative Assistant experience.
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. This includes the ability to compose professional emails, answer phone calls, and communicate effectively in person.
    • Looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently is crucial for success in this role.
    • Strong attention to detail.
