Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying strong candidates who align with our mission and values to maintain fully staffed care teams across all shifts
- Partner with HR to deliver a seamless and welcoming new hire orientation that reflects Newport s culture and values
- Champion a strong onboarding experience for clinical and direct care staff providing both initial training and long-term career growth opportunities
