    Roles & Responsibilities

    Display system validation for the LCD/LCOS/Mico-OLED electronics and their optical components

    Lead the validation for the display electrical interface standards (MIPI, eDP) and optical performance criteria for the mass production project.

    Drive display products, functional validation into clear and measurable display specifications and document and test setup with optical measurement devices (Photometer/Colorimeter)
    Electro-Optic system development for the consumer electronics and embedded systems

    Develop comprehensive Display system and sub-system level test specifications, manage, and execute test plans, and provide feedback to development teams.

    Work closely with cross-functional team members and clients to produce high quality engineering solutions.

    Required Skills (Technical Competency)

    Bachelor's degree in electrical Electronics (EE) or Optics with 5-10 years of experience in System Validation role for consumer electronics field
    Skilled in reading and interpreting electric, electronic, and optic system drawings, and schematics.
    Strong written and oral communication skills the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
    Experience in technical documentation and report generation.
    Basic networking/communication knowledge (such as Modbus, RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, protocols) required.
    Embedded Electronics system validation for the display/optic applications (AR, VR devices)
    LCOS/Micro-OLED Optical product validation experience preferred (Radiant Vision etc.)
    Experience with Lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Map)
    Design and application knowledge of embedded EE interface standards (I2C, eUSB etc.)
    Experience with test software programming, HMI, C#, Python, C, using SoC and DRY techniques is a plus.
