Job summary
The Solution Engineering team at Metronome is a technical group that sits at the intersection of sales, growth, product and R&D. In simple terms we own the technical side of the customer lifecycle all the way from the very first discovery call through demos POCs technical scoping and handover to our post-sales groups.We own the technical win for enterprise deals from first discovery through technical close and handoff as a member of this team you ll primarily be focused on bringing on new enterprise customers with prospects at scale such as Confluent Databricks OpenAI and Anthropic expect these engagements to be complex deep technical and most interesting.
Responsibilities
- Using proficient discovery to understand what challenges our prospects face in billing launching new products pricing packaging quote-to-cash customer experience and related areas.
- Telling a clear value story about how where Metronome solves those challenges creates opportunities.
- Planning building running customized demos of Metronome for buyers with many different personas engineering product management operations finance etc.
- Building relationships with people at our prospect organizations day-to-day operators C-Suite executives we believe in meeting our customers in-person whenever possible.
