    Field Warranty Technician


    This is a primarily road-based position that combines hands-on repair work at customer homes and dealer sites with occasional in-house support. As a Field Warranty Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and performance of Explore Industries fiberglass swimming pools.



    About the Role


    • Perform expert fiberglass swimming pool repairs on-site, including gelcoat resurfacing, sanding, grinding, structural fixes, and application of resin, fiberglass, catalyst,
    •  and related materials.

    • Analyze pool construction to determine best repair approach.
    • Determine necessary adjustments for changing climatic conditions to ensure high-quality results.


    Schedule & Coordinate Repair Visits


  • Schedule appointments directly with dealers and homeowners via phone or digital communication tools such as scheduling software.</div> "")
