- Receive parts - inspect all incoming parts and accessories for damage. Compare shipments with packing slips to ensure accurate receipt into inventory. Note damages and/or shortages and re-order as needed. Enter parts receipts into inventory on the computer.
- Stock parts - ensure that all parts are placed in the appropriate location in a timely manner. Verify and update correct parts locations as needed.
- Supply parts for customers - service /retail customers. Special orders (including back orders and associated special attention/handling).
- Weekends a must. GM Parts experience required

Parts Counter - Job Responsibilities: The parts counter person inspects and receive the daily parts orders from the manufacturer or part sources, while managing the incoming and outgoing parts to support the auto technicians window at the dealership. In addition to tracking back orders and notifying customers accordingly, the Parts Consultant is responsible for ensuring that all parts entering and leaving the dealership are noted and properly receipted. The Parts Counter Person will fill orders at the retail and technician counters, assist customers on the telephone, and perform other duties as assigned.
