The Operations Manager will oversee all operations related to housekeeping staff and services. From training and scheduling to maintenance and inventory management, this role ensures that our clients' facilities are well taken care of. It's all about maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety. Reporting directly to the Company's President, you'll be at the core of our operations.

• Must have a clean NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the janitorial field.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Adaptable to new policies and procedures.

• Drive to different locations in a company vehicle.
• Assign nightly tasks during meetings.
• Get hands-on with specialized cleaning equipment.
• Train staff on ServiceMaster standards.
• Create work schedules for accounts.
• Inspect buildings and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Mainly work 2nd shift.
• Establish efficient systems and procedures.

• Constant movement and lifting.
• Lift and carry up to 25lbs.
• Know your cleaning products well.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
