The Associate, Payment Servicing is responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing all requests received via multiple channels.

This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within company timeframes, adhere to company policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as compliance.

All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per company KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business demand and operations.

All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs. This includes task prioritization, adherence to quality standards and compliance with communication expectations.

Preferred Candidates would have:
Background in banking (check posting to accounts would be a plus)
Understand Service Level Tracking
Experience in being accountable for entering their daily tasks into system
Have experience with QA assessments, temps will have duties that will be samples and graded to maintain employment
