JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the corporate operations Team, the Pricing Analyst will report directly to the CCO and play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and internal data to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives and monitor their effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic and curious mindset.MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics, including pricing trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Develop a contract database, pricing models and strategies based on market research and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze pricing performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to implement pricing strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct pricing experiments and analyze results to inform decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on pricing decisions and strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pricing analytics and strategy.
EDUCATION,
SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in pricing analysis or related field, preferably in [industry/sector].
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with pricing software/tools is a plus.
