Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcast's Solutions to direct employers. Job Responsibilities Prospect, pitch and sell Appcast Solutions to direct employers. Qualify inbound leads. Develop and close sales opportunities. Conduct online product demonstrations. Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to contact prospective customers. Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Accurately log all sales activity in a CRM ) Use natural curiosity, communication skills, and drive to improve your sales performance. Qualifications'Hunter mentality' for prospecting and closing sales. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve. Detail oriented with a strong desire to get things done accurately, efficiently and timely. Data-driven and solution oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated, driven and has a 'go-getter' attitude.Education and Experience3 years of experience selling software in an Enterprise environment, preferably in an HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space.
Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Bachelor's Degree is a strong asset. Travel RequirementsTravel requirements for the position will be approximately 25%. This will include attending internal and external meetings, however this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.Work Location and ScheduleThis is a hybrid position with work completed in one of our office locations and a remote home office.
Typical schedules will be three days working in the office location and the remainder of week from home, however, may vary based on business or work/life balance needs.
