Description
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Receptionist position is to greet patients and visitors and direct them to their destination, using the visitor check-in system as appropriate and provides support in the supervisor's absence.
Must have strong computer skills to perform daily operations; exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize and resolve multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual skills preferred.
