We are seeking a strategic, detail-driven Executive Housekeeper to lead cleanliness standards across our growing vacation rental portfolio in the Hocking Hills region.This is a senior leadership role responsible for quality control, third-party vendor oversight, inventory management, and maintaining five-star readiness across every property. Must be willing to drive and commute to the Hocking Hills region. Job locations and duties can vary from day to day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Housekeeping Department
- Serve as primary liaison for all third-party cleaning companies
- Establish and enforce strict performance standards
- Conduct routine and random field inspections
- Develop and audit property-specific cleaning and onboarding checklists
- Monitor turnover efficiency and readiness between guest stays
- Analyze vendor performance data and remove underperforming partners
- Hold accountability among staff with clear expectations and communication
- Oversee supply inventory and control waste and cost
- Collaborate with Operations, Guest Relations, Owner Liaison, and Facility departments to ensure seamless execution
- Understanding and training for a task oriented schedule using our preferred software
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years experience in housekeeping management (hospitality, vacation rental preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and accountability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce standards
- Self motivated with the willingness to continue to learn and adapt
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in the field and conducting inspections
- Must pass background screening
- Must pass drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (field travel required)
