    Position Overview


    Position Type: Company Driver - Enjoy the benefits of driving a company-owned truck at no cost to you

    Your Journey with Us

    • Travel: Generally 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding NW states during winter).
    • Flexibility: Work based on customer needs with opportunities for dedicated routes as we expand our logistics capabilities.
    • Freight: Experience drop and hook, no touch freight.
    • Equipment: Drive a well-maintained 2020 or newer sleeper truck. Take home equipment if you have secure parking
    • Compensation:
      • Detention pay of $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility.
      • Deadhead rates and low mileage rates for fair compensation.
      • $200 per day for breakdown/maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).
    • Dispatch: While dispatch is force, we are flexible We can accommodate your home time and different schedules, ensuring clear communication throughout.

    Are You the Right Fit?


    We're looking for dedicated drivers who meet the following requirements:

    • 3 years of CDL A experience
    • At least 25 years old (under 75 for insurance reasons)
    • Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
