    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and produce detailed drawings, electronic models, specifications, written reports, and site observation reports for construction projects.
    • Develop technical and financial proposals for new projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
    • Oversee the workload of engineers and technicians, allocating tasks and resources effectively.
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including HVAC load calculations, ductwork design, hydronic systems design, plumbing systems, and utility coordination.
    • Maintain adherence to industry standards and building codes, ensuring compliance and safety.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering and design.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license, with demonstrated expertise in HVAC and Plumbing design projects.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with experience working with AutoCAD MEP and AUTODESK Revit software.
    • Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • Compliance with MKEC's drug/alcohol and safety programs, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
