    Job Description: We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering principles and a passion for innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects and products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the performance and reliability of electrical designs.
    • Create detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation for electrical systems and components.
    • Perform calculations and simulations to optimize electrical designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Select appropriate components and materials for electrical systems based on project requirements and industry standards.
    • Troubleshoot and debug electrical systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to electrical engineering.
    • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and technical discussions to provide input and guidance on electrical engineering matters.
    • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise and support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field,
    • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and practices.
    • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or EPLAN.
    • Hands-on experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as NEC, IEEE, and IEC.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
