    Overview:

    JCW is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing to join a prestigious corporation.

    Reporting to the Transfer Pricing Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage transfer pricing strategies and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Transfer Pricing Strategy:
    Develop and implement global transfer pricing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

    Documentation and Compliance:
    Lead the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and Country-by
    • Country Reporting (CbCR).
    Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations across multiple jurisdictions.


    Transfer Pricing Planning:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide transfer pricing guidance and support for various business transactions, including intercompany transactions, restructuring, and acquisitions

    Risk Management:
    Proactively identify transfer pricing risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to optimize the company's global tax position

    Transfer Pricing Analysis:
    Conduct economic analysis and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing policies and transactions, including the selection and application of appropriate transfer pricing methodologies

    Audit and Dispute Resolution:
    Manage transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities, working closely with external advisors and legal counsel to effectively resolve issues and minimize tax exposures

    Transfer Pricing Policy Development:
    Assist in the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with various internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, treasury, and business units, to address transfer pricing implications and support business initiatives

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, or JD) and/or professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
    Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in transfer pricing within a multinational corporation, consulting firm, or tax authority.
    In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles, regulations, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation, and compliance.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex transfer pricing concepts to business transactions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Proven leadership abilities, including experience managing cross-functional projects and leading teams in a global environment.
    Proficiency in transfer pricing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling applications.
    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
