    Marketing Coordinator

    ?We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator that will support the marketing team in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns. They will be working closely with the design team to create exciting new concepts and ideas, along with supporting various other projects with other departments. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    • Research and analyze current social media and marketing trends.
    • Create descriptions for products, advertisements, marketing materials, etc.
    • Manages all communication with 3rd party vendors while working on projects.
    • Organize production planning: searching for talent, models, and makeup artists; booking production spaces; booking photographers/videographers, etc.
    • Design digital marketing campaigns.
    • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
    • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
    • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments
    • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Performing any related tasks assigned by management.
    • Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    • Partake in general office duties including but not limited to cleaning, filing, typing, copying, faxing, etc.
    • Effectively manage product campaigns, ensure they're delivered on time, to high standard; communicating with social media influencers and platform partners.

    • Demonstrated proofreading ability.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelors in marketing OR work experience in a relevant field is required.
    • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing and knowledge of ad serving tools
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
    • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

    Pay: $70,000
