    About the RoleResponsible for the daily operating of the foam line and the facilitating, directing, and supporting all support groups in the production of a quality product that "exceeds our customers' expectations." This position works 100% on site.

    Your Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operation of the foam line in the manufacturing of form product.

    Responsible for validating that the correct recipes, pour codes, robot assignments, and any required data needed to manufacture foam pads is imputed into the HMI is correct and accurate prior to manufacturing any foam pads.

    Facilitating and positioning the line for tool changes consistent with breaks or as directed.

    Validating and ensuring that the form line is ready for production startup, by checking pressures, chemical levels, bucket shots, and temperature levels.

    Responsible for working with and notifying the maintenance team for trouble shooting and root cause issues with the foam line.

    Additional responsibilities as assigned and directed by management.
    Who we are looking for Undergraduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, AutoCAD software, etc. Proficient verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    Your preferred qualifications Previous automotive and/or foam manufacturing experience highly preferred.
