As a Training Program Specialist, you lead the way in shaping the professional growth of our employees. You create, develop, and implement training programs that not only boost careers but also enhance outcomes for our community. Additionally, you support staff in their career progression and equip administrative teams with skills for efficient work processes.
You engage in competency and certification processes to become an expert in training, teaching, and leading staff through case conceptualization. With a commitment to GuideTree Service activities, you efficiently manage meetings, collaborating seamlessly with agency leadership and the Youth Villages GuideTree Service Manager.
This diverse role empowers you to make a meaningful impact on professional development and service excellence. If you're 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and have proof of vehicle insurance, Professional Licensure in good standing (or within 3-6 months of licensure) in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work fields, including but not limited to LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or appropriate state variant, you might be the perfect fit
