Our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of the program management team. We're currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks.

    The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and driving execution. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

    Initially, this role will be responsible for our SAP implementation so experience in this area is a must.

    This is a permanent full-time, hybrid position with a salary of up to $115K annually and bonus opportunities. The successful candidate will be required to be available to work in our Atlanta, GA office.

    Responsibilities:
    • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
    • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
    • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
    • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
    • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
    • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment
    • Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
    • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
    • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
    • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
    • Drive strategic roadmap both for product features, technology and overall business development
    • Seek opportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and business processes
    • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
    • Identify and report risks, issues and mitigation plans to ensure that the program stays on track and on budget
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans, goals, and objectives including a detailed work breakdown structure/project plan of the program and executive level status reporting
    • Occasional travel required (20-30%)
    Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field or commesnurate experience
    • 5+ of proven experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
    • Experience in an SAP functional role
    • Proven leadership experience with exceptional organizational skills
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders
    • Knowledge of change management processes, especially as it relates to implementation of new business changes
    • Experience in a Business Analysis role or Business Operations role
    • Proven Project Management skills
    • Experience with Process models and driving process definition / documentation to ensure clear, concise business requirements
    • Experience managing large budgets
    • Creating and monitoring reports on all aspects of initiatives
