Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager located in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviews and thoroughly understanding the contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance from relevant parties.

Duties:

• Execute on procurement contracting strategies for large, complex data center construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to ensure optimal cost and sufficient continuity of supply and services
• Monitor and mitigate the impact of change orders to the project, and partners cross-functionally to resolve/escalate accordingly
• Negotiate and process all change orders with vendors/GCs/AEs
• Help facilitate the MEP/OFCI (Owner Furnish Contractor Installed) equipment once delivered to site, including inspections and appropriate sign offs
• Monitor activity (via relevant software) by Vendors for timely Cx completion
• Identify potential risks and issues related to the project/contract and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Work with the cost team, monitor and review payment requests from contractors and MEP/OFCI vendors

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement and contract administration, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and industry best practices
• Experience in Construction is required
• Proficiency with contract management software/ERP systems such as Ariba/SAP/Cisco during construction
