Job Summary
We have opportunities for assistant manager, cafe manager and multi unit manager across our new cafes inside of Sprouts Farmers Markets in the Los Angeles area. In a Management role at Klatch Coffee you will have the opportunity to better your leadership abilities and develop strong relationships within the community while making and drinking delicious coffee.Within the first 30 days of employment you'll be working alongside team members to meet customer needs and grow business. You'll also be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization of store as well as following policy procedures including safety security maintenance cash handling etc..
After that you'll start coaching developing team by addressing customer feedback concerns timely manner leading them in serving customers according to speed service standards planning executing deployment staff ensure all work together effectively provide superior customer service build teamwork unity among crew maintain positive productive relationships with all team members.
