Compensation: Commensurate with experienceup to $16 hourly

We are hiring a team &service-oriented Dining Associate to provide exceptional service toour wonderful residents and guests. In this role, you areresponsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room andpantry while providing service that aligns with the Erickson SeniorLiving Mission, Vision, andValues.

How you willmake animpact:

• Greetand welcome residents when they arrive at therestaurant.
• Ensuresthe flow of the restaurant by working with the seaters, enablingthe servers and back of the house to work efficiently andeffectively.
• Assistwith preparation, stocking, serving, and post-mealclean-up.
• Ensureadequate nutritional intake for allresidents
• Answertelephones professionally and follow up withrequests.
• Maintainsfront of the house and kitchensanitation
• Assists inthe training of the waitstaff.

Whatyou willneed:

• Sixmonths of experience in a food service environment ispreferred.
• Mustbe able to read, write, understand and communicate in the EnglishLanguage.
• Ability tosafely lift or move up to 50pounds.
• Flexible withschedule, available to work some weekends andholidays.
