POSITION SUMMARY
Tillmann Law is seeking an Attorney to manage personal injury cases from initial filing through resolution, including settlement, arbitration, mediation, or trial.
This role requires a hands-on litigator who can independently manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, and courtroom proceedings while working closely with an experienced litigation paralegal.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, collaborative, and open to learning Tillmann Law's established systems and workflows.This position offers the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding personal injury firm with long-term plans for regional expansion.

OBJECTIV
ESManage a caseload of approximately 15–20 active personal injury matters at various stages of litigati
onFile and litigate personal injury cases through settlement, arbitration, or verdi
ctDraft legal pleadings, complaints, motions, discovery requests, and respons
esConduct and defend depositions (approximately 5–8 per mont
h)Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations (approximately 10 per year eac
h)Prepare and try 3–4 cases per year, as need
edConduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strate
gyRespond to discovery requests and communications from defense couns
elCollaborate closely with the litigation paralegal to ensure efficient case progressi
