**Job Description**

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients toughest problems, we need an experienced and proven Technical Delivery Manager to join the Department of Defense (DoD) delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and leading the successful execution of multiple projects at our main client NSWC Crane (Crane), doing whatever it takes to deliver value and success. This will include creation of project plans, documenting business requirements, review of documentation, interactions, deliverables, and creating ongoing project status and health reports. It will also include working with key stakeholders to set the vision, strategy, and goals of each project. Finally, it will include leading a team of technical and functional people in achieving these goals.

Please consider what your typical days might look like:

Build lasting relationships with stakeholders in the DoD customer and contractor communities, primarily at Crane.

Initially will be supporting projects within the trusted and assured microelectronics program, with the goal of expanding the project portfolio to other subject areas at Crane.

Own the overall delivery of the projects, making sure all aspects are in place and working effectively to deliver value.

Continuously set the mission, vision, and plan for projects, assuring that the clients best interests are always reflected in the work the team is doing and the direction they are headed.

Lead diverse teams of Resultant employees, client employees, and third-party employees to a successful project outcome.

Oversee and support a team of business analysts in the conversion of client requirements into detailed system requirements.

Communicate and collaborate closely with teammates, clients, and stakeholders to keep the project on track and help everyone stay aligned to the mission.

Drive and manage change, both technical and cultural, related to the project.

Mediate complex technical and business discussions with clients and vendors.

Create, update, and track project plans and related documentation/tools to aid the team in being successful and to help in communicating with stakeholders.

Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies, and managing proposal development.

Travel onsite to Crane up to 60% of the time depending upon changing project needs.

**Qualifications**

Demonstrated ability to lead, problem solve and deliver results.

Previous experience working within the DoD or as a DoD contractor preferred

Previous experience and expertise managing Data, Advanced Analytics, Engineering, and/or Business/IT Management contracts highly desirable.

Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Python, R) are a plus

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent computer skills (Office Products), advanced skills in Excel are a plus

Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering, Business/IT Management, or similar discipline. Master's Degree Preferred.

Desired 6+ years of experience leading technology projects of various size, through the full project life cycle (PLC) -- including detailed system/software development life cycle (SDLC) -- across multiple clients, and with multiple teams, vendors, interfaces, and stakeholders involved.

U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

*This role will be a combination of remote work and client site work in and around the Bloomington/Crane, IN area.
