We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Procurement Manager. At SHEIN, we are not just building a supply chain; we are shaping the future of fashion e-commerce, and our procurement team stands at the forefront of this transformative journey. As we embark on expanding SHEIN's FC footprints in the U.S., we recognize that our success hinges on the strength of our core teams. The procurement team, in particular, plays a pivotal role in securing the foundation for our growth. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead this charge, someone who not only understands the intricacies of procurement but also possesses the vision to align our strategies with the unique demands of the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
l Work with external vendors, raising the bar on operational performance.
l Source, build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
l Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
l Optimize costs through effective negotiation, bulk purchasing, and strategic supplier partnerships.
l Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
l Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
l Assess and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and compliance.
l Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
l Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any disputes that may arise.
l Keep contracts up-to-date and aligned with changing business requirements.
l Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and maintain procurement ethics in accordance with SHEIN Global policies.
l Ability to travel up to 50%
Skills & Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;
l 3+ years of relevant strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or vendor management experience.
l Strong negotiation and analytical skills
l Excellent oral and written communication skills.
l Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.
l Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams;
Pay: $110,000.00 min. - $178,900.00 max annually, plus, bonus & RSU offered.
