    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Successfully handle money transactions
    • Accurately count money in cash drawers to ensure adequate change is on hand
    • Effectively communicate with all team members and customers
    • Maintain clean and orderly checkout area
    • Operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including cash register
    Dirt Cheap Store is accepting applications for CASHIERS and STOCKERS

    We are Channel Control Merchants, an extreme value retailer with a unique, no frills buying experience. We negotiate the best price on closeouts, excess inventory, customer returns & salvage products to deliver excellent deals to our customers. "Excellent Deals, Dirt Cheap" We have been in business for over 30 years providing our industry leading services to U.S. and international companies.

    Cashiers must be able to successfully handle money transactions, and stockers must be able to handle freight at a fast pace. Scheduled work hours will be on weekdays and weekends including Sundays ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule.

    Ability to work in a team

    Push freight

    Help to drive company KPI's

    Must be able to stand for extended hours

    Bend, kneel, lift, pull on a routine basis daily

    Be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted

    Pre-employment background check required.

    Requirements
    • Ability to request information or assistance using paging system
    • Ability to multi-task while operating in fast-paced retail environment
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to stand for extended hours, up to entire shift
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
    • Basic math and computer skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    Salary Description

    $10.00 per hour
