- This job operates primarily in an office environment and includes warehouse work and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

- Write orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures
- Maintain current customer base
- Participate in monthly sales initiatives and always seek to grow business in the best interest of Rensenhouse and our Clients
- Communicate and cooperate with Account Managers and other CED employees like the Solutions Consultants and AIMM Services groups for all pertinent activities
- Communicate process improvement ideas
- Provide timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials
- Maintain up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services
- Utilize Insight (Salesforce) as a hub of knowledge for Client information and projects that need to be followed up on
