- You will serve as the Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) for the alongside aircraft refueling contract.
- You will assist in the overall technical and administrative operations of the Fuel Operations Branch providing related collateral services.
- You will ensure timely and effective maintenance is being performed through a comprehensive quality assurance surveillance program for all products.
- You will perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections of facilities and equipment, both contractor owned and operated, as well as government owned and contractor operated.
- You will schedule and conduct inspections, initiating inspection reports, reviewing all procedures, and calculating payment deductions based on performance based deficiency percentages.
- You will conduct random inspections on the flight line that may require contractor to initiate on the spot corrective actions.
- You will ensure contractor compliance with the quality surveillance provisions of the contract performance work statement for Aircraft/Ground Fuel Services and Cryogenic Storage and Distribution Contract.
- You will take sample and test for the presence of rust, sediment, or contaminants in storage tanks and refuelers.
- You will monitor aged inventory to ensure proper rotation of petroleum stocks.
