Qualifications
+High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred Red Cross lifeguard certification and water safety instructor certification required Lifeguard Instructor and Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.+++
Responsibilities
'+Plans schedules coordinates aquatic services for the HealthPlex Completes all scheduling for lifeguards for both the lap pool and the therapy pool Assists with any emergency situation in the pool setting per established policy Responsible for all pool facility operations to include daily chemical checks back-washing preventative maintenance checks services Maintains proper pH chlorine levels to adhere to Hospital Health Department Guidelines+',Job description
