Benefits team program and operational support including benefits administration review update open enrollment requirements testing the bswift enrollment tool Emma for annual open enrollment readiness performing final test OE site after benefit administrator vendor Rewards Ops sign off to confirm enrollment flows content rates communications content review Open Enrollment EOY video library PDFs October OE updates end of year updates events support liaise internal external teams on healthcare events calendaring fulfillment confirm healthcare vendors OE fair pop-up attendance signage support programmatic webinars coordinating scheduling promotion reviewing supporting collateral decks flyers posters FAQs tip sheets as needed compliance review SBCs plan booklets schedule of benefits coordinate with program managers to support any compliance implementation posting legislative requirements such as healthcare transparency mental health parity reviewing documents posting mandatory employee notifications tracking scheduling contribute to compliance administration non-discrimination testing PCORI fees SFHCSO liabilities project manage track annual compliance notices aggregate notices for employee notification by annual deadlines special projects partnership Sr program managers drive or support various special projects RFP implementation new benefits vendors programs acquisition support survey submissions SVEF benchmark survey Corporate Equality Index CEI Standard Operating Procedures SOP creation maintenance document regular routine business processes test already documented procedures inventory archive routine BAU tasks for program managers.
