- 35 years of extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Consultant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations and CMDB.
- ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM certified. Architect certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking in implementing service improvements, such as automation and incident reduction.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing business drivers and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations.
- Open to learning and exploring any new modules as needed by the project
