    Description

    We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a reputable financial services firm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing and marking up Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), as well as maintaining an archive of NDAs.
    • Managing the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) folder on SharePoint, ensuring organized and accessible documentation.
    • Reviewing and marking up Sponsorship and Rental agreements as part of the Legal Center of Excellence (COE) activities.
    • Overseeing the project management of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation, particularly utilizing CONGA.
    • Managing Section 16 filings, including Form 3 (initial statement of beneficial ownership), Form 4, and Form 5 filings.
    • Serving as the point of contact for attorneys and paralegals regarding Section 16 filings.
    • Learning and managing the Active Disclosure platform for filing management, ensuring billing and invoicing are up-to-date.
    • Training and reviewing filings created by paralegals
    • Collaborating on the preparation of bi-weekly reports, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and coordinating with executives.
    • Assisting in the preparation and submission of rule filings and CFR kits/appeals.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or related roles.
    • Familiarity with SharePoint, CLM systems, and SEC filing platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Legal assistant or paralegal experience is a plus.
