Assists in planning coordinating and implementation of projects such as development of new ideas processes coordination of project performance formulation of project objectives system development requirements preparation of project plans schedules including requirements tasks work assignments resources inclusion of project milestones review points reporting thereof selection staff for project team based on skills requirements coordination during performance participation directly as required review all work prior to incorporation product use as input another task provide technical guidance assistance report management on progress problems need changes ensure standards department task fulfill administrative reporting assign personnel directs activities directed other duties assigned carries out supervisory responsibilities accordance organizations policies laws interview hiring training employees planning assigning directing work appraising performance rewarding disciplining addressing complaints resolving problems.
