    We are seeking a qualified Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 14-week Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment. This position is covering a vacancy and offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with guaranteed hours. The role includes floating between nearby SNF facilities as needed.

    Assignment Details

    • Contract Length: 14 weeks
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday
    • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
    • Productivity Expectation: 85%
    • Float: Between nearby SNF locations

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence with daily living activities
    • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams
    • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

    Requirements

    • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
    • SNF/LTC experience preferred
    • Ability to float between facilities
    • Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
