    The Affiliate Booking Coordinator will be pivotal in managing relationships with high-level travel agents and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. This role requires a blend of skills in affiliate management, client service, and logistics, with a specific emphasis on candidates who have experience using industry-standard management software such as LimoAnywhere or Moovs. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in dispatch and fleet management within the luxury transportation sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Forge and sustain partnerships with high-level travel agents, focusing on those who cater to a luxury clientele, to secure and manage bookings.
    • Coordinate with our operations and customer service teams to meet all client needs effectively, emphasizing the luxury aspect of our service.
    • Oversee the entire client journey, from initial booking through service completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. This includes identifying and partnering with trusted affiliates, managing reservations, adjusting services as needed, monitoring service execution, and handling payments.
    • Utilize industry-standard management software, such as LimoAnywhere or Moovs, to optimize operations and ensure excellence in service delivery.
    • Proactively recruit new affiliates, ensuring they meet our high standards for luxury service delivery.
    • Apply detailed knowledge of dispatch and fleet management to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Conduct rigorous follow-up activities, including payment management and feedback collection, to refine and improve service offerings continually.
