July December 2024 Emergency Room Setting Duties:
Emergency Room patient assessments, admissions, daily rounding, orders placement, discharge planning, care coordination,documentation of all care interventions, documentation of daily health status, and changes ormedication reconciliation
Credentailing Timeframe:
