- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements
- Assist stakeholders in defining reporting and ETL requirements and provide guidance on data interpretation
- Develop and execute ad hoc SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using SQL-based tools
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting issues to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and analytics initiatives
- Participate in process improvement efforts, gap analysis, and change management activities
- Differentiate between system defects and new business requirements
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for applications or subsystems
- Create or collect test data and execute approved tests to validate program logic and outputs
- Participate in artifact reviews to ensure solutions align with security, policy, and technical standards
- Identify and document security requirements and applicable standards
- Develop training materials and provide training and technical support to end users
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including ad hoc querying and data validation
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical and reporting solutions
- Experience supporting data warehousing, reporting, and analytics initiatives
- Ability to perform data quality analysis and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Experience with testing methodologies, including test plan development and execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
